The American Institute of Architect’s (AIA) website is controlled and operated in whole or in part by the AIA from its offices within the United States. Non-endorsement

The AIA does not sponsor or endorse any enterprise whether public or private, operated for profit. Further, no AIA officer, director, committee member, or employee or any of its component organizations in his or her official capacity is permitted to approve, sponsor, endorse, or do anything that may be deemed or construed to be an approval, sponsorship, or endorsement of any material of construction or any method or manner of handling, using, distributing, or dealing in any material or product.

The AIA does not prescreen User Generated Content. The AIA retains the rights, but not the responsibility, to edit or remove any User Generated Content and/or terminate your account for any reason in its sole discretion.

Applicable law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
