Following the passage in 2010 of comprehensive health care reform, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA), numerous questions have arisen for firm owners and employees alike. Many issues have an impact on both employers and policyholders, and various reforms and requirements are phased in over a period of years.
