Jury comments

The jury found this a very successful execution of the household model. The plan centers on shortened resident corridors opening onto common spaces shared by two households. The jury agreed that much thought was given to this small house design, and the result is a state of the art environment and a positive contribution to the pursuit of high quality dementia care.
