The architect has diligently worked with us to not only create a road map, but they have also been a trusted.  They provided an adaptive reuse plan; utilizing existing county-owned facilities and lowering the tax payers cost. They also provided the County with a detailed summary and needs assessment of all viable repurposed buildings and a plan for how we could achieve a new campus for a far reduced $81 million total project budget. They engaged patrons and users to capture unique perspectives and have been adept at fostering the process while keeping us, as the client, involved and informed.
