Registration is now open for Emerging Professionals looking for a mentor AND for those wishing to Mentor.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE - APRIL 21ST

Cost for Emerging Professionals: $25 for AIA Members; $30 for non-AIA members.

*We ask that all Mentors be AIA members in good standing & donate their time for this worthy cause.

MISSION

The aim of this program is to provide partnership and develop productive dialogue across all members of the architectural community. Adding value to AIA Membership, the program creates a peer network of engaged professionals and stimulates intergenerational and interdisciplinary dialogue about key topics that affect you and your career.

WHY PARTICIPATE?

Everyone should have a mentor as they develop in their career. However, sometimes it’s hard to know what questions to ask, find someone that who can give an unbiased opinion and a fresh perspective. This program will cover common hurdles that Emerging professional face and provide a relaxed environment for unfiltered conversation.

WHO CAN MENTOR?

Any licensed professional with 5+ years of experience and a desire to help emerging professionals reach their full potential. We’re looking for mentors who are willing to connect on a professional and personal level, with a genuine interest in helping the next generation succeed.

APRIL 27TH - KICK- OFF MEETING AND DISCUSSION #1

Introductions / How to deal with change and take on new tasks.
