WASHINGTON – November 18, 2025 – The American Institute of Architects (AIA) has been recognized as a winner of the 2025 Info-Tech Awards by Info-Tech Research Group, a global leader in IT research and advisory. This award highlights the organization's commitment to excellence and innovation.
AIA has been named as a winner in the Innovator of the Year award category.
The Info-Tech Awards celebrate outstanding achievements in IT, recognizing both individual leaders and organizations that have demonstrated exceptional leadership, innovation, and impact. The Info-Tech Innovator of the Year Award recognizes organizations that have implemented groundbreaking IT initiatives to drive organizational success – leveraging technology in innovative ways to solve challenges, enhance efficiency, or set new industry standards.
This recognition celebrates the success of AIA’s multi-year digital transformation, which built the next generation of AIA’s digital products—including the innovative AIA.org platform—into a scalable, unified ecosystem with introduction of AI-powered member experiences that are transforming how architects engage with the Institute. These efforts have improved efficiency, elevated member engagement and satisfaction, and created tangible value for AIA’s members, components, and partners.
The 2025, Info-Tech Award winners were selected from a competitive pool of hundreds of candidates. The Innovator of the Year Award winners were determined by the measurable impact and exceptional value the organization has achieved through IT innovation.
“The 2025 Info-Tech Awards' Innovator of the Year category honors organizations that turned new ideas into measurable outcomes, moving from rapid pilots to scaled delivery,” says Tom Zehren, Chief Executive Officer at Info-Tech Research Group. “This year’s winners solved defined business problems, improved efficiency, and increased performance and competitiveness.
