WLS 2026 returning attendee discount terms & conditions

This limited-time promotional offer (“Offer”) for the Women’s Leadership Summit 2026  (“Event”) provides a discounted registration rate applicable solely to qualified attendees. The Offer is valid only during the promotional period stated below and is subject to the terms set forth herein.

1. Eligibility

To qualify for the Offer, the registrant must:

Have previously attended  Women’s Leadership Summit between 2019-2025;

Register as an individual (i.e., not on behalf of any group, organization, etc.);

Select one of the eligible registration types as determined by AIA; Full Pass AIA member, Full Pass Associate member, or Full Pass non-member

Not fall within any of the excluded categories, including:

• Current 2026 registrants;
• Individuals registering under any ineligible registration type;
• Registrations made without entering the promo code during checkout.

AIA reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all eligibility criteria and to cancel any registration that does not comply with these terms.

2. Promotional Offer

Discount amount: $100.00 USD

Discount applied when the valid promo code is entered during the online registration process.

3. Promotional Period

Valid from July 22, 2026, through July 28, 2026.

Code must be redeemed during the promotional period; no retroactive discounts will be applied.

4. Exclusions & Limitations

Offer valid only for Women’s Leadership Summit 2026 registration fees; travel, lodging, and other expenses are not included.

Each code is single-use, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.

The Offer may not be combined with other promotional discounts or offers.

All registrations are subject to the Event Policies agreed to at the time of registration.

The Offer is void where prohibited and is subject to modification or cancellation at AIA’s sole discretion.
