Ersa Llakmani, Assoc. AIA
Ersa Llakmani, Assoc. AIA, seeks to advance advocacy, mentorship, and inclusive leadership—supporting emerging professionals and strengthening connections between national and local engagement.

Ersa Llakmani, Assoc. AIA, is a project manager at Harley Ellis Devereaux (HED) whose work spans mission-critical and workplace projects. She contributes to the delivery of complex projects while supporting firmwide initiatives that advance professional development and inclusive practice.
Within AIA, Llakmani serves as the National Associates Committee State/Territory Representative for Connecticut, where she helps connect national priorities with local engagement. She has contributed to the development of tools and resources that support advocacy and empower emerging professionals to participate in shaping the profession.
Her leadership also includes service on the AIA Connecticut Board of Directors and involvement in initiatives supporting women in architecture and emerging professionals. Within her firm, she contributes to justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion efforts and supports mentorship and career development.
Originally from Albania, Llakmani brings a global perspective to her work and a strong commitment to expanding access and opportunity within the profession. Through her leadership and service, she supports a more inclusive and engaged architectural community.
