Beginning on Long Island, Victory Lap turns aging in place into an active, multigenerational way of living, embedding wellness, accessibility and family gathering into a woodland home. In Washington, D.C., Raymond Elementary School pairs sensitive historic preservation with a high-performance addition designed for the school's next century. In San Francisco, 1064 Mission brings permanent supportive housing, healthcare, outreach and workforce training together under one roof, while Pleasant Valley House in East Austin shows how a tight site and modest budget can inspire a generous, neighborly family home. Finally, Missouri S&T's Protoplex in Rolla creates a new bridge between academia and industry, making advanced manufacturing visible, collaborative and ready for the future.

Beginning in Austin, Texas, Austin Community College transforms a once-abandoned shopping mall into a dynamic center for learning, collaboration and community while preserving traces of the site's past. In Sarasota, Fla., Equa balances bold modern architecture with warmth, resilience and relaxed waterfront living, before an Alexandria, Va., congregation demonstrates how building smaller can create a much greater community impact through a new church alongside affordable housing. Back in Austin, Pecan Grove Residence embraces restraint, mature trees and privacy to create a peaceful urban sanctuary, while high above Manhattan, Convene 30 Hudson Yards draws inspiration from the High Line and New York itself to create a warm and flexible destination for gathering.

Beginning in Sonoma County, California, Paradox House turns the owners’ contrasting ambitions into a highly collaborative home that connects both to its immediate landscape and expansive valley views. In downtown St. Louis, 100 N Broadway transforms a dated banking atrium into a light-filled workplace and civic-facing destination beside the Gateway Arch. Toledo’s KeyBank Discovery Theater brings Imagination Station to the street with an immersive new venue designed to make science visible, accessible and fun, while in Norfolk, Assembly gives a historic department store a new life as a collaborative home for creatives and technology companies. Finally, New Hope Housing Dale Carnegie in Houston demonstrates the life-changing potential of thoughtful affordable housing, using architecture, landscape and shared spaces to create dignity, connection and a place to call home.

Beginning in Pebble Beach, California, a contemporary residence draws on Asian design traditions to create a tranquil connection between architecture and nature, while Tampa's new performing arts center brings culture and creativity into the heart of its community. In Salt Lake City, Utah Clean Energy transforms an existing building into a living laboratory for zero-energy design, before Arizona State University's Fusion on First brings students, artists and entrepreneurs together in the heart of downtown Phoenix. Finally, a deeply site-responsive Dallas residence demonstrates how architecture can work with landscape, topography and the lives of its owners to create an enduring sense of home.

Episode 2 begins in Sarasota, Florida, with Shibusa, a Hive Architects residence that blends modernist principles with natural material warmth. In Austin, Texas, ACC Highland Campus Parks by dwg transforms an urban campus into a vibrant, biophilic green space. We then travel to Mesa, Arizona, to explore the Gateway Library by Richard Kennedy Architects, a community hub that connects public space with regional desert design. In Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Silverman Hall by Voith & Mactavish Architects breathes new life into historic academic infrastructure.
