Employee benefits
We offer a comprehensive benefits package that reflects our company values and workplace culture. Full-time employees working 37.5 hours per week are eligible for our full benefits package. Part-time employees working at least 30 hours per week are eligible for medical, dental and a number of other benefits.
Medical and dental
PPO plans go into effect the first day of the month coinciding with or following employment. The AIA pays a substantial portion of your monthly coverage costs.
401(k)
The AIA contributes 3 percent of your salary each pay period and makes a matching contribution on the first 5 percent of salary. Choose from a dozen funds, one with a dozen investment options.
Flexibility
Enjoy a flexible work schedule immediately and other flexible options after six months of employment.
Paid time off
Full-time employees accrue up to 26 days of paid time off a year. AIA recognizes nine holidays each year.
Flexible spending accounts
Available for health and dependent care, plus a premium conversion plan to pay insurance premiums with pre-tax dollars.
Income protection
All full-time employees receive life insurance coverage (up to two times your salary) and disability plans at no cost. Employees pay the premium for long-term care plans.
Tuition and membership reimbursements
The AIA offers a tuition reimbursement program, helps fund one professional membership and can cover your AIA membership.
