A family home rooted in its landscape, this design responds to forest, meadow, and inlet with craft, material richness, and sensitivity to landforms. The restored site offers serenity through framed views and natural transitions.

A model of sustainable urban living, this mixed-use development includes 709 affordable homes, education, wellness, and social services. Centered on a landscaped courtyard, it is the world’s largest Passive House residential project.

A historic warehouse conversion revitalizes a 735,000 SF structure with 384 residential units and modern amenities. Preserving industrial heritage, the design integrates parking, coworking, retail, and vibrant community spaces including a rooftop lounge.
