The National Council of Architectural Registration Board's (NCARB) Architectural Experience Program (AXP), formerly the Intern Development Program (IDP), prepares you for a successful career in architecture.
After you establish your NCARB record, use your AIA transcript to track your AXP experience hours.

Support groups
Create your own support group—search our member directory for local connections and support.
AIA continuing education
Earn AXP experience hours through AIA continuing education at your component, firm, or through AIAU. 1 AIA HSW Learning Unit equals 1 AXP experience hour.
